Happy B-day, friend. Halfway to 88 doesn’t sound so bad!
Speaking from 49, I welcome you to the mid-field of a great decade. I think the scales on our eyes become more translucent and less affixed, and awakening is easier because, well, we are older. I am so glad I have not lived the last 24 years with the same eyes I had at 25. Happy Birthday.
